MEP

Our MEP department is run by a team of in-house Engineers & technicians. With more than 20 years of experience in the field of Interior Fit-Out MEP services, we can fully design & build any project.

Our MEP services include electrical, AC & Water, plumbing, ELV & music system works. A track proven record shows the high level of professionalism when dealing with challenges that arise, making our MEP department capable of handling any project

Civil

Our CIVIL department links all other departments to each other.

Our highly qualified team consisting of an Operation Manager, Project Managers, Site Supervisors and Foreman's are managing our gypsum, paint, mason and finishes workers.

With no compromise on quality, our Project Managers make sure that projects are handed over on time and within budget.

Utilizing all the expertise along the 20 years, our Joinery department scrutinizes every small detail to come up with proper shop drawings and samples. Our factory is located in DIP and our joinery services include solid wood works, custom made joinery, upholstery & metal finish works.

At EMKAY we strongly believe that Consultants/ Interior Designers are important for the success of any project, which is why we partner up with renowned design firms in order to give our clients the best outcome for their projects.
